Let us cook the turkey for Thanksgiving!

BBQ Pit-Roasted Turkey Fundraiser Benefitting
STM Religious Education and Our Austin Neighbors.

Inspired by Camp Beyond Me’s mission of service and compassion, St. Thomas More’s middle school Religious Education students are continuing that spirit of giving through a special Thanksgiving fundraiser serving both the STM and greater Austin communities.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the students will be offering barbecue pit-roasted turkey breasts for $99 each, with an average pre-cooked weight of 10–12 pounds. The turkeys will be pit-roasted fresh on Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving and will be ready for pickup at St. Thomas More’s Holtman Hall on Wednesday afternoon between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. All turkey orders must be placed by November 1, and payment may be made through PayPal.

Our community benefits with a portion of the net proceeds going to the Religious Education program, while the remainder will support a new initiative to provide home-cooked meals to residents of Foundation Communities in Austin in 2027. Donations are welcome to help fund these meals and extend the impact of this effort beyond the Thanksgiving season.

It’s a wonderful opportunity for our STM family and the broader Austin community to celebrate the season of gratitude by coming together, supporting our RE students, and extending a helping hand to our neighbors in need.
